Arsenal close to Danish starlet deal

Vejle BK forward Mads Dohr Thychosen

Arsenal have offered a second trial spell to Danish youngster Mads Dohr Thychosen, reportsĀ talkSPORT.

The 16-year-old, who has represented Denmark at all youth levels, had an initial trial with the Gunners back in April and has impressed sufficiently to secure a second stint with the North London club this week.

The striker is currently part of the setup at Vejle BK in his homeland and is the youngest player to appear for the club in its 122-year history.

Scouts at the Emirates have been tracking the player for some time and if awarded a contract he would join an academy with a proven record of delivering talented youth players through to the top level of professional football.
