Real Betis are targeting a double swoop on Arsenal with Marouane Chamakh and Johan Djourou said to be the targets, according to the Daily Express.
Arsene Wenger is looking to clear the decks at the Emirates Stadium in the summer in order to make way for new blood and he will be delighted if Betis can take both players off his hands.
Djourou is currently impressing while on loan at Hamburg and there is a chance the German outfit could pursue a permanent deal, but it is unlikely that West Ham will look to keep Chamakh.
The duo will not be the only players heading for the exit door with Wenger keen to shed Vito Mannone, Andre Santos, Denilson, Nicklas Bendtner and Ju-Young Park while Andrey Arshavin, Lukasz Fabianski and Sebastien Squillaci are out of contract and will not be offered new ones.
