Arsenal will look to pick up just their second win in six Premier League matches when they host Watford at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, and Gunners fans have begged manger Arsene Wenger not to start midfielder Granit Xhaka, rated at £31.5m by Transfermarkt.

The north London outfit had lost four successive matches going into their Europa League last 16 first leg clash against AC Milan at the San Siro on Thursday night, but they picked up a vital 2-0 win thanks to goals from Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Aaron Ramsey, and they will now be desperate to turn around their poor form in the top flight.

Xhaka, who did impress some supporters with his display against Milan, has started every one of their 29 Premier League matches this season and lined up alongside Ramsey in the middle of the park against the Italian giants, but he obviously still isn't popular with many other fans.

Arsenal supporters have been quick to have their say on who should be included in the team against Watford via social media, and while one simply said "not Xhaka", another said "Xhaka has had too many opportunities".

Here is just a selection of the Twitter reaction…
