Arsenal are not exactly short of options in attack as they have Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette and Danny Welbeck among the players to choose from.
Reports in Italy have suggested, though, that the North London outfit are targeting AC Milan forward Andre Silva.
According to Calciomercato, the Gunners are interested in the 22-year-old, who has been informed by Milan that he is allowed to leave the club on loan for the season.
Silva only moved to the San Siro from Porto last summer, but he has struggled to make a significant impact.

In the 2017-18 season, the Portugal international scored 10 goals and created two assists in 40 appearances in all competitions.
He was unable to secure a regular first-team spot, making just seven starts in Serie A, with a further 17 coming off the bench.
As mentioned, Arsenal do not require much bolstering in the attacking department, which is why some supporters have been left baffled by the news.
They made their feelings known on Twitter.

He’s a decent player but we don’t need him. We’re good for strikers. We need a wide player, a DM, and another LB
