Arsenal fans praise Walcott’s improvement since joining Everton

During the latter stages of his Arsenal career, Theo Walcott would struggle to appease the entire fanbase.

The winger would often be ridiculed and criticised for failing to meet expectations at the Emirates.

Walcott spent 12 years of his career playing for the North London outfit, but he failed to hold down a regular spot.

The England international had differences with then-manager Arsene Wenger with regards to his positioning.

Walcott is a traditional winger, but he wanted to play up front, which is something that Wenger did not encourage.

In January, the 29-year-old signed for Everton and he has become a crucial member of the team.

This season under new manager Marco Silva, Walcott has scored two goals and created one assist in three Premier League outings.

One of those goals came against Bournemouth in an entertaining 2-2 draw at the Vitality Stadium.

On Reddit, some Arsenal fans decided to comment on Walcott’s progress at Everton, and the majority are happy for their former player.
