Emile Smith-Rowe is the name on every Arsenal fan's lips after the teenager bagged his first goal at the Emirates Stadium and his second for the first team in a 2-1 victory over Blackpool in the Carabao Cup.

Croydon born Smith-Rowe has been in the youth system at Arsenal since 2010 and, upon breaking through to the first team squad this season, his first competitive appearance came in the Europa League against Vorskla Poltava where he was brought on for Alex Iwobi. Since, the 6 foot attacking midfielder has taken only 198 minutes to score his first two goals in red and white and is looking like the real deal.

In an interview with Goal, the 18-year-old said that he aspires to be of a similar mould to Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne, but some Gunners fans are drawing different comparisons. With Aaron Ramsey set to depart in the summer as his contract runs down, have Arsenal got a budding replacement waiting in the wings?

Here's how the Arsenal faithful reacted to the young star's performance and his potential in the side.
