So despite boasting the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette amongst their options at centre-forward, it appears Arsenal are keen on further strengthening this department.

Erling Braut Haaland has been the talk of the town this season following his incredible exploits with Austrian outfit RB Salzburg, and it has been no surprise to see him linked with some of the biggest and best European sides.

The Norway international has struck an incredible 26 times in 18 games across all competitions, including seven goals in just four Champions League games. Not too shabby for a 19-year-old.

And now, according to German publication Sport Bild, Arsenal have also registered their interest in the 6 foot 3 striker, and that both Haaland and his father Alf-Inge made a visit to the north London side's training ground.

After hearing about their interest in the Norwegian, Arsenal fans flooded to Twitter to voice their thoughts on their reported transfer target.

Many Gunners supporters insisted they simply didn't need the teenage prodigy, with one fan in particular suggesting that summer signing Gabriel Martinelli is better than him.
