Arsenal's 11-game winning streak came to an end on Sunday as Crystal Palace held Unai Emery's side to a draw at Selhurst Park, but no one in the Gunners camp seemed more frustrated with the events than Mesut Ozil.

The German international has been in great form for the Gunners so far this season having scored three goals and assisted another, and he has risen to the responsibility of captaincy even if he was more or less a passenger during the weekend clash before being withdrawnin the 68th minute with his team leading 2-1.

Throwing his gloves on the ground as he walked past his manager, the number 10's frustration was evident and many Arsenal fans took to Twitter to debate what he was so miffed about.

Sky Sports pundit Graeme Souness ripped into the midfielder in a way only he knows how, criticising him for his reaction after being substituted and questioning as to why the 30-year-old didn't show a similar passion on the field. However, Arsenal boss Emery refused to take the same tact as Souness, expressing that he expects his players to be angry at being brought off.

Here's how the Arsenal faithful responded to their £40.5m man's reaction.
