He adds that whilst the Germany international is keen to stay and prove himself at the Emirates, the Gunners want either a permanent or loan move for the defender. After hearing the news of Mustafi's possible exit, Arsenal fans took to Twitter to voice their opinion on the matter and many were seemingly relieved.Watch Arsenal Live Streams With StreamFootball.tv Below

Gunners supporters revealed their excitement that Mustafi could be leaving, and suggested that after reports of the club potentially signing Lille winger Nicolas Pepe, things were simply getting "better and better".

Indeed, a few fans of the north London side insisted that they would be more than happy to help Mustafi pack his bags, and scoffed at the claims that the 27-year-old was keen to prove himself.
