The Spaniard will have all eyes on him come the start of the season in August as he begins a new chapter for the club following Arsene Wenger’s resignation.

One man who has joined Emery’s era is right-back Stephan Lichtsteiner, who will move to the North London outfit from Juventus in July on a free transfer.

Under Wenger towards the latter stages of his career with the Gunners, he opted for wing-backs, but Twitter account for ArsenalFanTV has suggested that the team needs an out-and-out winger.

The social media page gave three options for supporters to choose from, and they included Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez, Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha and Gelson Martins of Sporting Lisbon.
