Arsenal are reportedly ready to meet Palermo representatives to finalise the deal to bring Paulo Dybala to the Emirates Stadium, according to the Metro.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with a move for Dybala this summer, with the Argentine becoming one of Europe’s most coveted players.
Juventus have been closely monitoring the attacker, with La Liga giants Real Madrid also keen on his services.
However, it seems that Arsenal are leading the race to sign Dybala, with Gunners officials set to meet Palermo’s in the next few days to hopefully seal the transfer.
With such high interest in the 21-year-old, the London club may have to cough up Palermo’s £28.9million asking price to secure the switch, with a huge contract offer also on the cards.
And updated reports have revealed that the Serie A side are ready to accept the offer, which could make Dybala Arsene Wenger’s first signing come June.
The former AC Cordoba star has been in brilliant form this season, scoring 12 goals in 27 league appearances.
