Arsenal are once again looking at a selection dilemma. After the North London Derby over the weekend, Arsene Wenger’s ranks are further depleted, with Mikel Arteta and Aaron Ramsey major concerns following the clash.
All major football teams get injuries, that’s just a part of top level sport. But why oh why to the Gunners get so many?
