Arsenal fans have flocked to Twitter to plead with Unai Emery to drop Petr Cech for the Europa League final after reports claimed that the Arsenal goalkeeper is set to return to Chelsea in an administrative capacity this summer.

The 37-year old shot-stopper will hang up his gloves at the culmination of this season after a glittering career that has seen him win every trophy available at club level.

Despite only deputising Bernd Leno in the Premier League, Cech has cemented himself as the Gunners' Europa League 'keeper, making ten appearances in the competition including both legs of the semi-final victory against Valencia.

Cech was expected to continue his Europa League run by starting in Baku, but that has now been thrown into doubt after Sky Sports reported that the Chelsea legend will return to Stamford Bridge as sporting director this summer.

With the European showpiece just seven days away, Arsenal fans are understandably annoyed by the recent developments around Cech's future, with many Gunners supporters believing that the Czech goalie should be dropped for the final match of the season.
