Arsenal targeting January move for prolific Liverpool-linked attacking midfielder

Arsenal are considering a January move for impressive Dynamo Kiev attacking midfielder Andriy Yarmolenko, according to reports from the Daily Star.

The Gunners wobbled a little at the start of the Premier League campaign with a shock home loss to West Ham, but have put together a decent run of form to pick up 16 points from the subsequent seven games, leaving them behind only Manchester City at the top of the table.

However, it appears that Arsene Wenger is not yet completely content with his options in the final third with the Daily Star, citing TMW, claiming that Yarmolenko is an option for the January window.

The 25-year-old scored a stunning 14 goals to fire Dynamo to the Ukrainian league title last term, and is considered to be one of Eastern Europe’s top talents.

Liverpool have also been linked with Yamolenko, who could be available at a knockdown rate this winter with his contract due to expire at the end of the season.
