Arsenal have been told by Barcelona to table a €30m offer for Arda Turan should they wish to formalise their reported interest, according to Spanish outlet Sport.
The Gunners have been strongly linked with a move for the Turkish international, who has endured a miserable spell with the Blaugrana since moving from Atletico Madrid.
While he was not able to be registered until January amid their FIFA ban, the 29-year old could only muster 800 minutes of football despite the club’s rather limited squad options after their first-team.
As a result, both the North London giants and growing-ever-bitter rivals Chelsea have been linked with moves.
He arrived at the Camp Nou for around €34m last summer, after helping Los Rojiblancos to a La Liga title.
