While he was not able to be registered until January amid their FIFA ban, the 29-year old could only muster 800 minutes of football despite the club’s rather limited squad options after their first-team.

With that in mind, the La Liga champions are said to be willing to sell the playmaker, but only if they are to receive a bid upwards of €30m.

He arrived at the Camp Nou for around €34m last summer, after helping Los Rojiblancos to a La Liga title.
