EA Sports’ FIFA is a familiar video game for the vast majority of football fans.
One of their still fresh designs is the “FIFA Ultimate Team” option, which gives users a chance to build their own squads with players from a variety of teams by opening random packs.
The game mode is special because it offers something different to the gamers and it pits them against mixed teams from players all over the world. But it also includes special players or “icons” as they are called in the game.
Icons are, naturally, extremely rare and expensive but they come with some incredible stats.
The latest to join the FIFA “hall of fame” was Ian Wright, England and Arsenal’s own legend, and he recently took to Instagram to share this achievement.
Many stars from the footballing world were quick to congratulate Wright.
Patrick Kluivert and Adebayo Akinfenwa were just some of the big names to post a reply in the ex-Gunners’ comment section.
And the inclusion of Wright is not really a big surprise.
The now 55-year-old centre-forward played a total of 213 games in the Premier League, scoring 113 goals and assisting five.
He also won 33 caps for England while tallying nine goals in the process.
He sure deserves his Ultimate Team card.
