The France international joined the Gunners from Newcastle last year and initially looked on course to be a key player in Arsene Wenger’s XI.
However, he slipped down the Frenchman’s pecking order in 2015, with the emergence of Hector Bellerin and Calum Chambers, allied to his own injury concerns, having limited his game time.
Debuchy has only featured on four occasions so far this term – just 67 minutes of which has come in Premier League action – which has alerted Juve and Roma.
The pair are eager to offer him a January escape route, which may appeal to the 30-year-old with game time needed if he’s to break into France’s EURO 2016 set-up.
Juve and Roma are also able to offer him European football and are likely to be in a sustained challenge for the Italian title.
