As reported by The Daily Mail, Arsenal are interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain youngster Goncalo Guedes, currently on loan at La Liga side Valencia.

With the likes of Mesut Ozil, Jack Wilshere and Alexis Sanchez free to open talks with clubs in January about leaving Arsenal on a free transfer, the next 12 months vitally important for the Gunners in the transfer market.

One such player interesting Arsene Wenger is Goncalo Guedes.

That's according to The Daily Mail, who say that Paris Saint-Germain will be willing to sell the Portuguese when his loan expires at Valencia.

Just 21 years of age, Guedes is taking to senior football excellently and this season is showing potential that should make him an exciting signing prospect for Arsenal fans.

Scoring three and assisting five more for Valencia, he's been instrumental in their La Liga challenge this term, helping them into second place ahead of Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid.

His football education came at Benfica, where he showed enough potential to win a big move to Paris Saint-Germain before his loan to Spain. He's also already a Portugal international, winning 5 caps for his national team.

Rated at £15.3m by Transfermarkt, Arsenal could be getting a real star of the future if they make their move next summer, as reported.
