Juve set to pip Arsenal to signature of Argentine sensation

Palermo striker Paulo Dybala is ready to turn down Premier League side Arsenal in favour of a move to another Serie A club, according to TalkSport.

The Argentine is one of the most highly-regarded young players in Europe after netting 13 times in Serie A this season.

Arsenal had been reported as favourites to secure Dybala’s signature, while Italian giants Juventus have also made enquires about the 21-year-old’s availability.

And, according to Sky Sport Italia, Dybala is ready to reject Arsenal in favour of a move to Juve, who are set to run away with the Serie A title this season.

The striker reportedly wants to remain in Italy and will not consider a move abroad.

That has left The Old Woman – who go into next week’s Champions League quarter-final against Monaco with a 1-0 first-leg advantage – as the favourites for Dybala’s signature, with the Italian champions one of the few Serie A clubs able to meet the £30million asking price.
