According to Fox Deportes USA, via 90min.com, Arsenal are seeking to sign Atlanta United’s Miguel Almiron in January.

Almiron is an attacking-midfielder with a great deal of pace and trickery, on top of his excellent technical ability. The 24-year-old was in scintillating form throughout 2018 for the MLS outfit, registering 12 goals and 13 assists in 33 appearances.

The 13-cap Paraguay international is certainly talented and would add an interesting new option to the Gunners’ squad. With Aaron Ramsey’s time at the Emirates Stadium looking to be coming to an end, Unai Emery could well soon need a new creative midfielder to be able to call upon.
