Arsenal manager Unai Emery has made three new signings so far since he took over from Arsene Wenger at the helm of the Emirates.
Stephan Lichtsteiner was the first to come through the welcome gates as he joined from Juventus on a free transfer.
Goalkeeper Bernd Leno has signed from Bayer Leverkusen, while Sokratis has made the move from Borussia Dortmund.
Emery has clearly prioritised bolstering the defence, and it is understandable why given how shaky the back line was in the closing stages of last season.
In terms of attacking quality, Arsenal have plenty of it in the forms of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Alexandre Lacazette, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Mesut Ozil and Danny Welbeck.

It seems, though, that Emery is not entirely satisfied with what he already has as Ok Diario recently reported that Arsenal have offered Real Madrid winger Lucas Vazquez a deal.
The 27-year-old, who is valued at £22.5m by Transfermarkt, has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the team at the Bernabeu, and last season he was only handed 16 starts in La Liga.
In total, Vazquez, who predominantly plays on the right wing, scored four goals and created nine assists in 47 appearances in all competitions.
