Arsenal forward Theo Walcott believes a strong backline will be key as they battle away for a top-four finish in the final few games.
The Gunners travel to already relegated QPR in the late kick off on Saturday as they continue to try and maintain the push for Europe alongside Chelsea and Tottenham.
The 24-year-old believes that a solid defence will be key to picking up as many points as possible from the remaining three fixtures.
The England international has also pointed to the lack of concentration in the latter stages of matches which has led to the north London club dropping points from winning positions.
Walcott said: “What it comes down to is that if you keep clean sheets, you are going to win games.
“In recent years we may have faded slightly at the end of games, with the pressure of being 1-0 up, but everyone here is very focused on doing their jobs correctly.
“If we all work hard for each other, then good things should follow.”
