Arsenal hit with injury setback

Arsenal have been hit with an injury blow ahead of tomorrow's trip to Upton Park, after Tomas Rosicky has failed to shake off a knee injury that forced him to miss the trip to AZ Alkmaar in midweek.

The Czech international has missed the best part of two seasons due to injury; however had seemingly put those bad days behind him, having returned to first team action in recent weeks.

Unfortunately for Rosicky the injury curse has struck him once again after his troubled knee has flared up and although Wenger had hoped that a week's rest would have been enough to see Rosicky feature in tomorrow's London derby, it appears the fixture has arrived too soon for the Czech international.

"Before training we thought Rosicky would be 50/50, but he will not be available for Sunday."
