Arsenal’s loss, Tottenham’s gain!

It’s fair to say that Arsenal and Spurs aren’t on each other’s Christmas card lists.

And it never normally goes down well when a player switches from one club to another – something Sol Campbell and Emmanuel Adebayor have found out in the past.

And now it appears there’s another one, although it’s a little bit more acceptable. Harry Kane, Spurs’ goalscoring sensation of the season so far, was in fact an Arsenal player when he was a boy.

Kane has only just emerged on the Tottenham scene over the last year, but had Arsenal not dumped him at the age of eight, it could be them enjoying the England striker’s goal scoring antics this season.
