Aston Villa are on a roll in the Championship having gone three games unbeaten.
On Saturday, they take on Sheffield Wednesday at Villa Park in the hope of edging closer to the automatic promotion places.
As it stands, Steve Bruce’s men are fifth in the table, five points adrift of the top two after 15 games.
In midweek, the Midlands outfit overcame Preston North End away thanks to goals from James Chester and Robert Snodgrass.
On Friday, though, some bad injury news about one of those scorers was delivered.
Snodgrass is a doubt for Saturday’s encounter due to a rib problem, while Jonathan Kodjia could remain on the sidelines with an ankle injury.
On top of that, Josh Onomah is struggling with a groin issue, which could also force him out of contention for the clash against the Owls.

Some of the positivity that the fans have been carrying around with them drained when they heard the news.
