Aston Villa fans have taken to Twitter to react in delight after Alan Hutton put the icing on the cake in their 4-2 derby win over rivals Birmingham City.

The visitors took the lead through Lukas Jutkiewicz but were quickly pegged back by Jonathan Kodjia's equaliser, before further goals from Jack Grealish and Tammy Abraham took the game out of Garry Monk's side reach.

However, the crowning moment for almost everyone inside Villa Park came in the 76th minute, when fans' favourite Hutton ran almost the entire length of the pitch, taking on numerous men in the process, before finding the bottom left corner.

For a player who rarely finds the back of the net, very rarely, this was the moment that the Midlands derby needed to really kickstart the party atmosphere for Dean Smith on his first taste of the occasion as Villains boss.

Of course, for such an iconic moment, Villa fans took to Twitter to express their jubilation...
