Aston Villa are amongst the long list of clubs interested in signing Liverpool winger Harry Wilson this summer – as covered by BirminghamLive.
The 21-year-old recently penned a new long-term contract with Liverpool, which will run until the summer of 2023.
However, the four-time Wales international is expected to leave on loan ahead of the new campaign, and a number of clubs have been credited with an interest.
Villa are one of the teams believed to be in the hunt, and the Championship outfit’s supporters have been reacting to the news on social media.
There are those who would welcome Wilson – who scored seven Championship goals on loan at Hull City last term – to Villa Park this summer, but there are also some who would rather see some of the youngster players already at the club promoted.

Villa face a very interesting summer due to their difficult financial situation, and the likes of James Chester could move on ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.
