Aston Villa will look to win their fourth Championship match in a row when they welcome Derby County to Villa Park on Saturday afternoon.

Steve Bruce's side have overcome Cardiff City, Leeds United and Ipswich Town since suffering a 3-1 defeat at Norwich City on April 7.

Villa can still finish second behind Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Championship, but an awful lot would have to go their way in the final two weeks.

Indeed, Fulham are currently six points clear of fourth-placed Villa in second, and it does appear that Bruce's team will be made to settle for a spot in the playoffs as they look to secure a return to the Premier League.

Scott Hogan will be looking for his 10th goal of the campaign this weekend when Villa host a Derby side who still need points to book their own spot in the top six.

Hogan posted a Tweet on Friday looking ahead to the clash with the Rams, and the Villa supporters have backed the 26-year-old, who has proved popular with the club's fans this season, to make his mark.
