Aston Villa were thumped 4-1 away at Sheffield United on Saturday and a huge number of fans took to Twitter after the game to call for manager Steve Bruce to be sacked.Villa were 3-0 down to the Blades before half-time and conceded a fourth just four minutes into the second half. Summer signing Anwar El Ghazi netted a consolation just after the hour mark but the tricky young winger's efforts were not enough to save Bruce from a roasting from fans.Villa currently sit 12th in the Championship table having won two and drawn three of their six games so far this season. The defeat by Sheffield United was their first league loss of the season but on the back of the Carabao Cup tie with Burton, where the League One side knocked Villa out of the competition, many fans wanted Bruce to be sacked. The club made significant recruitments in the transfer window after the financial problems earlier in the summer were alleviated by the acquisition of the club by billionaires Wes Edens and Nassef Sawiris, so the Villa faithful will be expecting to go one further than their playoff final loss last season.Check out some of the best and most brutal Bruce out tweets below.
