Aston Villa are interested in re-signing West Ham United winger Robert Snodgrass on a season-long loan according to The Daily Star.
The 30-year-old signed for the Hammers in January 2017 from Hull City but the midfielder only managed to make 15 appearances before he was sent to Aston Villa on a season-long loan last August.
During his spell at Villa Park, the 6ft tall Snodgrass was ever present for Bruce’s side, making 43 appearances in which he scored seven goals and assisted 14.
Now according to the latest report, Steve Bruce is keen on bringing the talent back to the club this season, with Snodgrass’s opportunities at West Ham limited following their summer spending.

Villa fans know what to expect from Robert Snodgrass and if he can repeat his performances from last season, they know they’ll have a real talent on their hands.
He was involved in a goal every other game on average and the winger is a reliable performer that Bruce can depend upon.
He offers experience and know-how at this level and would be a very solid addition again for Aston Villa as they look to go one step further than they managed last season.
