After a summer of turmoil that threatened to scupper their promotion hopes before a ball was even kicked, Aston Villa look set to usher in a new era with their fresh ownership.

That appears to mean financial stability, the retention of Steve Bruce as manager and, most importantly, the ability to retain key players, where initially it looked as if the dire situation would force them to sell.

The Birmingham Mail report that James Chester and Jonathan Kodjia are expected to stay at Villa Park and that Jack Grealish will only leave if a bumper offer comes in and the talisman demands to leave.

So, with Kodjia set to stay and the mood lifted around the Midlands club, we asked Villa fans whether the former Bristol City frontman is capable of scooping the golden boot in the second tier this season.
