Bad luck? Fully fit Arsenal star not registered for Borussia Dortmund clash

Arsenal looks to have been dealt another blow after returning star Olivier Giroud will be unable to feature for his side’s vital match against Borussia Dortmund because the club didn’t register him for the first half of the Champions League campaign.

It was believed that the 28-year-old would only return from his foot injury at the start of next year, prompting the Gunners to overlook his selection for the group stages.

Now, with Giroud fully healed and netting again, Arsene Wenger will need to put his hopes of qualification on the shoulders of his lone striker Danny Welbeck and star signing Alexis Sanchez.
