Manchester City are keen on signing Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba, and could use Stevan Jovetic as bait in a potential swap deal, Express reports.
Pogba has been linked with several elite teams after continuing to impress for Serie A champions Juventus, with the likes of Chelsea and United both pondering mega money bids.
City are also in the running for his signature, with the Frenchman’s agent Mino Raiola revealing that only a fee of £200million can prize him away from the Juventus Stadium.
However, according to reports, Manuel Pellegrini’s side are preparing to include Jovetic to sweeten the deal for the 21-year-old.
The Bianconeri were interested in bringing Jovetic back to the Italian first division during the summer, but were reluctant to pay the £20million fee set by the Citizens.
But after the £28million purchase of Wilfried Bony from Swansea this month, the Montenegro international could be seen as surplus to requirements at the Etihad.
