Chelsea outcast wanted by QPR, Sunderland, Stoke & Everton

Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah looks set for a January move, with reports from The Express suggesting that Everton, QPR, Sunderland and Stoke are all keen on the forgotten Blues ace.

The Egypt international snubbed interest from Liverpool earlier this year to sign for the Londoners, but has made a minimal impact at Stamford Bridge.

Salah has, so far, made just two Premier League outings – both as a substitute – this season, and only managed to feature on 10 occasions at the back end 2013/14, netting two goals in the process.

Reports suggest that Jose Mourinho has deemed him surplus to requirements in the short-term, prompting talk of a loan move in the New Year in search of regular action ahead of a first-team push next term.

Sunderland are thought to be leading the race, but the likes of QPR and Stoke are also keen.

Everton are another side in the running, but Christian Atsu’s fruitless loan spell at Goodison Park may be a stumbling block, with Chelsea chiefs annoyed at his lack of game time.
