£50million Chelsea defender commits another clanger

Many hearts were broken when Chelsea sold David Luiz this summer – a comedic, likeable figure who had built up a real connection with the Stamford Bridge and Premier League fanbase.

No one can doubt the Brazil international’s humorous personality or his ability to find the net from long range. His defending however, for a £50million centre-back, leaves a lot to be desired.

It appears the Blues sold the now PSG star at just the right time. Not only was he at the epicentre of Brazil’s 7-1 defeat to Germany in the World Cup semi-final, but he’s also committed an absolute howler against Barcelona in the Champions League.

In what continent is this considered marking exactly?
