Chelsea midfielder Ramires is set to extend his stay with the club by committing himself to a new deal, reports the Metro.
The Brazilian star is out of contract at the end of next season, but the Blues look to have convinced him to sign a new contract reported to be around £3.7m per year.
The energetic 28-year old has been with the West London outfit for five years, since moving to England when Carlo Ancelotti was in charge of the club.
He has made 226 appearances during his time at Stamford Bridge, winning a whole raft of honours including the Champions League, Europa League and the Premier League.
He has 52 caps for the Brazilian national side, and represented the Selecao at last year’s World Cup in his homeland.
The former Benfica midfielder is reported to have agreed a new deal keeping him at Stamford Bridge until June 2019.
