Serie A club Lazio are interested in bringing in Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma in on loan, as reported by Corriere dello Sport.
The Italian daily claims Lazio are eyeing a move for the Blues youngster, who has been a mainstay in Chelsea’s team so far this season – making 24 appearances in all competitions.
But with Gus Hiddink coming in to replace the sacked Jose Mourinho last week, it is unsure which Chelsea players will be made available in January, if any.
Corriere dello Sport claim Mourinho’s Stamford Bridge exit has left Zouma’s Chelsea future in doubt, despite him being a regular for the club this season.
Zouma signed for Chelsea from Ligue 1 outfit Saint-Etienne in January 2014 before spending the rest of that season back on loan with the French outfit.
Since he returned to west London at the start of the 2014/2015 season, Zouma has made 50 first team appearances for Chelsea, scoring four goals.
