Premier League target Andriy Yarmolenko has been an end to speculation surrounding a move to England by signing a new five-year deal with Dynamo Kiev, according to the Express.
The player had been linked with Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool over recent months, but has committed his long term future to the Ukrainian giants.
The 25-year old forward was reportedly the subject of a scouting mission from Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, who was spotted keeping an eye over Ukraine’s 1-0 defeat to Spain last week.
However, he has put pen to paper on a deal that will see him remain in his homeland until 2020, to the dismay of Premier League big boys.
He came through the ranks at Kiev, and has now become a fully-fledged international footballer while at the club.
‘Dynamo have ambitious goals’, he stated while signing the new deal, ‘there are some failures, but we can change that.’
The news is likely to come as blow to those chasing him, forcing them to pursue other targets ahead of the January window.
