Chelsea are monitoring the situation of Swansea City star Andre Ayew after revelations that a number of top sides are considering a move for his services, South Wales Evening Post reports.
The 26-year-old has been in impressive form ever since his arrival from Ligue 1 outfit Marseille on a free transfer last summer.
After the Londoners struggled in the Premier League, incoming Blues boss Antonio Conte is set to overhaul his entire squad during the upcoming transfer window, with Ayew a target.
However, they may face competition from rival sides, given that the African ace has performed so well of late, with the forward revealing via Four Four Two that a number of clubs are tracking his situation.
He also added that he is hoping to join a club that can offer him Champions League football, a move that could benefit Chelsea as they look to fight their way back into the top four.
“Do I dream about going to a bigger club? At one moment or another, every player dreams about that, like I had at Marseille, when we played in the Champions League. So yes, at one moment or another, I will go after that.”
Ayew made 35 appearances in all competitions this past term, scoring a total of 12 goals while managing to provide another five assists.
