St Etienne striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is in demand with Chelsea and host of other clubs keen, according to the player’s father.
The 23-year-old has been a revelation in Lique 1 this season and Chelsea are keeping a close eye on him as they look to add at least one new striker to their ranks at the end of the season.
However competition for his signature is fierce as club’s throughout Europe are keen and Italian outfit Fiorentina are the latest to declare their interest.
“My son is having a fantastic season in the French league,” Pierre Aubame told Sky Sports.
“He is happy and we are happy. There is interest in Germany, Italy and England. We have been invited by clubs. I will go to meet Fiorentina, who are interested and want the boy.
“Milan? I would love Pierre to return there if they want him because it is like home to him.
“England has always been appealing, especially London, but there are also other clubs, it is not just the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham.”
Newcastle and Manchester City are also keen and it looks as though Aubameyang will not be short of offers should he decide to leave France at the end of the season.
