Chelsea host Arsenal in the first leg of their EFL Cup semi-final tie at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night, and Blues fans don't want Tiemoue Bakayoko to start against the Gunners.

The 23-year-old has been something of a regular in the middle of the park following his summer move from Monaco, but he has failed to make a real impact for the Premier League holders after scoring three goals and providing a further three assists in 28 appearances in all competitions.

The France international was slammed for his display as these two teams drew 3-3 at the Emirates Stadium in the league earlier this month, and the Stamford Bridge faithful seemingly don't want Antonio Conte to make the same mistake again by selecting the midfielder.

Chelsea supporters were quick to have their say on the situation via social media, and while one said "drop Bakayoko from starting line-up and Chelsea win the game", another said "I'd rather have Courtois start in midfield than him".

Here is just a selection of the Twitter reaction…
