After watching Eden Hazard leave for pastures new, and then being hit by the effects of a transfer ban, Chelsea may not have been entirely looking forward to the current season.

But Frank Lampard's summer arrival as manager has acted as a major turning point for the club, with there being a real feel-good factor in terms of the results and performances on the pitch. The Blues currently find themselves in the top four in the Premier League, and have seen an abundance of their academy talents rise to the occasion.

The likes of Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount have stolen the show with nine and four goals respectively, but it appears the west Londoners are also having an eye on next year too.

The Daily Mail claim Chelsea scouts watched Sergej Milinkovic-Savic during Lazio's Europa League clash with Celtic on Thursday night. The report claims the Stamford Bridge side are considering making a move for the Serbia international at the end of the season.

After hearing the reports surrounding the 24-year-old, Chelsea fans flooded to Twitter to share their thoughts about their rumoured transfer target.

Many supporters of the west London side insisted they didn't need the 6 foot 3 man at all, and urged the club to keep showing faith in players like Mount and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.
