So it appears all of Chelsea's academy products are getting in on the act now. Frank Lampard's arrival as manager earlier in the summer appears to have heralded a new youth revolution at Stamford Bridge, and arguably the two main beneficiaries of that, have been Tammy Abraham and Mason Mount.

The duo have become important figures for the Blues this season, and have scored 11 and four goals respectively across all competitions. But whilst there are plenty of youngsters who are making the grade at Chelsea already, there are a few who are looking to impress whilst on loan.

And one teenager who is doing just that, is Conor Gallagher. The 19-year-old has been in sparkling form for Charlton this campaign, striking five times from midfield. On Friday night, he was in action for England U21s, and he put his stamp on the occasion with a thunderous strike from outside the box.

After seeing his wonder goal, Chelsea fans flooded to Twitter to voice their thoughts on their academy starlet.

Many supporters of the Blues hailed the midfielder, with some in particular drawing comparisons with Lampard.
