Chelsea fans hoping to see Callum Hudson-Odoi in action against PAOK

Chelsea fans have expressed their need to see teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi take the field when Chelsea face off with Greek side PAOK in the Europa League on Thursday evening.

Hudson-Odoi made his debut for the Blues at the beginning of the year in a FA Cup match against Newcastle United and then got his first Premier League appearance three days later in a forgettable 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge.

Blues fans have tipped the 17-year-old to start the match against PAOK, but manager Mauricio Sarri has indicated, via Chelsea’s official website, that he is wary of making too many changes to the team as he believes their opponents could pose a real threat in front of their passionate fans.

Sarri left star player Eden Hazard at home for the match, and him being given a rest could open the door for the talented Hudson-Odoi to start the match.
