Cesc Fabregas arrived at Chelsea under the management of Jose Mourinho and helped the club win two Premier League titles, a Carabao Cup and an FA Cup. But despite departing London in January, he's still putting smiles on the faces of Blues fans.

The Spaniard lost his place in the side last season as Maurizio Sarri played his more favoured midfield trident including Mateo Kovacic, Jorginho and N'Golo Kante, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Ross Barkley enjoying game-time as well.

The latest to add depth to the midfield is Mason Mount, who's returned to the club after a very successful loan spell at Derby under the management of current Blues boss, Frank Lampard.

Big things are expected of the England Under-21 midfielder, and Fabregas has sent a message to the youngster he used to see around the Cobham training ground after his side's impressive pre-season victory against another one of Cesc's clubs - Barcelona.

Chelsea fans saw the reply on social media and instantly praised their ex-Spaniard for his continued support and past service to the club.
