Chelsea fans' prayers were finally answered when Callum Hudson-Odoi was drafted in to replace Marcus Rashford after the Manchester United forward withdrew from the England squad to face Czech Republic and Montenegro this month.

The 18-year-old Blues ace has hardly had a look in at Stamford Bridge this season and Maurizio Sarri has received plenty of criticism for his favouritism of Willian and Pedro, for instance, over youth talent.

The experienced manager has said that he doesn't believe Hudson-Odoi is 'ready' to start week-in, week-out for one of the Premier League's top sides and that he won't reach the top level for another four years or so.
