We already know that Alvaro Morata is hardly the most popular man in West London, but his recent interview with Goal.com has only seen his stock fall further with the Blues. The Spaniard was criticised by Maurizio Sarri for being "fragile" last November, and has since been pleading with Atletico Madrid to sign him permanently to end his Chelsea nightmare once and for all.

Unsurprisingly, Chelsea fans all want that same thing too.

Morata has hardly been good enough to warrant playing for some of the clubs he's played for. His goal return is just not that of a top striker who delivers for the world's biggest clubs, yet somehow he's managed to steal a career with the likes of Real Madrid, Juventus, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.

At Chelsea Morata has managed 24 goals in 72 games, which equates to one goal every three games, and that's the theme with the 26-year-old, who's also bagged 31 in 95 for Los Blancos and 27 in 93 for the Old Lady (stats via Transfermarkt).

Ultimately, based on Sarri's assessment anyway, it appears that Morata sufferers with a huge confidence problem, and the English media and fans were too much for him, which has prompted this onslaught of abuse from Blues who are desperate for him to be sold and forgotten.
