Frank Lampard swooped to the Premier League Manager of the Month award for October after guiding the Blues to a 100% record, with wins over Southampton, Newcastle United and Burnley.
The results saw the Stamford Bridge outfit move up the standings from seventh after seven games to end the month fourth in the table, two points behind then-second-placed Manchester City.
Chelsea have since picked up further wins over Watford and Crystal Palace to move above the Sky Blues, after they were beaten 3-1 at Liverpool on Sunday.
Emma Hayes was also named the Manager of the Month for October in the Women's Super League, after likewise overseeing an unbeaten run of games as Chelsea Women took maximum points in their three matches played across all competitions.
The female Blues picked off London rivals West Ham United and defending champions Arsenal in October, and now sit at the top of the table a point clear of the Gunners after five games.
They also beat Championship side Crystal Palace 3-0 in the Continental Tyres Cup.
