Chelsea are set to take on Swansea this afternoon as they look to continue their perfect start to the new season under manager Antonio Conte.
The Blue’s remain undefeated under their new Italian boss, and a win today would make Conte only the fourth manager in Chelsea’s history to win all four of their first league games.
Team news for the game was released only moments ago, and in a move that has shocked many Blues fans, Cesc Fabregas is once again left to watch the game from the sidelines, having been named as one of the substitutes for the fixture.

The Spaniard is yet to make a league start this season under Antonio Conte, but has impressed during his brief but effective substitute appearances. begging the question as to why the former Arsenal and Barcelona midfielder is not being given more game time.

Fabregas’ exclusion follows ongoing rumours that he has become ‘surplus to requirements’ at the club and – despite the Spain international denying it on his official Instagram account- the 30-year-old is continuing to be linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this January to either AC Milan or Juventus.
Twitter has told us it’s thoughts on the Spaniard’s exclusion again today, so FFC has brought the best that the Twittersphere has to offer….
