Thibaut Courtois could be regretting leaving Chelsea considering the way his time at Real Madrid has been going.

The Belgium international joined the Liga team in August of last year with the hope of pushing his career onto the next level at the Santiago Bernabeu. After all, it doesn't get much bigger than the 13 time European Cup/Champions League winners.

However, his stay as Los Merengues' number one is turning into something of a nightmare. His first season with the club ended up trophyless, and he has so far conceded a disappointing 57 goals in 40 matches.

Another worrying stat has emerged, too. The former Atletico Madrid shot-stopper has not kept a clean sheet for his club since February.
